Cancellation and Scheduling Policy

In order to make changes to a scheduled appointment, it is necessary to cancel or reschedule the appointment with a minimum notice of 24 hours. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing an appointment without prior notification will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session rate. If, within 24 hours of the scheduled session, you experience a contagious illness or encounter an unforeseen health or personal emergency that prevents you from attending the appointment, it is crucial to promptly inform Medical Massage Pensacola, LLC. If we are unable to fill the vacant slot, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee unless an exception is granted, which will be solely at the discretion of Medical Massage Pensacola, LLC.

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. These policies ensure we retain our talented staff as they allow us to provide compensation for our excellent therapists who are paid on commission and rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career.

Arrival Policy

Arrival Policy

You must arrive 5-10 minutes early for any appointment to get the full length of the session you booked in order for you to be ready and complete any documentation before your scheduled time slot.

If you arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment, or late for your appointment, you understand the therapist can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and that you will pay for the full length of session that you booked.
