• Cash Payments: We accept cash for in-person payments.
• HSA/FSA Cards: We gladly accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards, allowing you to utilize pre-tax dollars for eligible services.

Insurance Billing Policy

We understand that insurance billing can often be a complicated and time-consuming process. To maintain transparency and focus on delivering quality care, we do not bill insurance directly. Here’s why:



• Streamlined Operations: By not billing insurance, we reduce administrative overhead and pass those savings on to our clients.
• Full Control Over Your Care: This approach allows us to avoid restrictions imposed by insurance companies, ensuring you receive care tailored to your needs without unnecessary limitations.
• No Surprises: You’ll always know the exact cost of your services upfront without dealing with unexpected fees or claims denials.

Superbill for Reimbursement

While we don’t bill insurance directly, we can provide a detailed superbill upon request. A superbill is a receipt containing all the necessary codes and information for you to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance company. Please note that reimbursement depends on your insurance provider and plan.
